By proceeding with this donation, you ("Donor") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions governing your contribution to Globalgood Corporation, an Ohio-incorporated nonprofit organization ("Nonprofit").
1. Donation Terms
The Donor voluntarily donates an amount of their choice to the Nonprofit in support of its mission and charitable activities.
Donations can be made in fiat currencies (e.g., US Dollars, Ghana Cedis, etc.), as well as other valuable contributions, including proceeds earned from volunteering under an applicable volunteer contract.
The donation is irrevocable, unconditional, and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
The Nonprofit will utilize the donated funds in accordance with its objectives, which include advancing initiatives related to global economic justice and promoting the transition from a debt-based monetary system to a credit-based monetary system.
2. Nature of the Relationship
The Founding Holder role is established through a voluntary donation to Globalgood Corporation.
In recognition of this donation, Founding Holders receive an Appreciation Gift in the form of Central Ura (URU) units.
The Appreciation Gift does not represent a financial investment, equity, debt, or any legal obligation from the Nonprofit.
3. Founding Holder Program
Founding Holders support the global recognition and ISO 4217 registration of Central Ura (URU).
Withdrawal before ISO registration disqualifies the withdrawn amount from rewards.
Subject to all applicable laws and regulations, upon global recognition of Central Ura as a Complementary Currency, the Nonprofit may double—up to a maximum of two times—the aggregate amount corresponding to the total fiat currency contributed by a Founding Holder under the Founding Holder Program, provided that the Founding Holder has formally requested such doubling by transferring the corresponding URU holdings to the Nonprofit in exchange for the fiat currency.
4. Trading of the Appreciation Gift
Founding Holders may trade their Appreciation Gift with other Founding Holders only.
No obligation exists on the Nonprofit to facilitate or recognize these trades outside the platform.
5. Restrictions on Transfers Outside the Platform
Transfers outside the platform require prior authorization.
Unauthorized transfers may result in loss of Founding Holder status.
6. Withdrawal and Conversion of Central Ura
Donors may withdraw URU at any time via compatible platforms.
Market adoption and regulations may affect URU’s convertibility.
7. Distribution of the Donor Appreciation Gift
Donors may assign appreciation gifts to designated recipients.
If no distribution instruction is provided, the Nonprofit manages the allocation.
8. Representations and Warranties
Donor confirms legal authority and lawful source of donations.
Nonprofit affirms lawful status and charitable use of donations.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
10. Miscellaneous
This document constitutes the full agreement between Donor and Nonprofit.
Terms may be amended by the Nonprofit for future donations.
If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Agreement is legally binding upon electronic acceptance.
